Super Psycho Sweet 16 premiers October 23rd at 10PM EST on MTV. I bet they'll show it lots between then and Halloween. (It's inspired by MTV's reality series, Super Sweet 16, about parents totally spoiling their daughters when they turn 16.) Synopsis: Madison Penrose gets everything she wants, including her wish to re-open the desolate Rollerdome for her sweet sixteen party. Atlanta's Flooding

We're having more rain than we've gotten since records were kept. We're a 6 hour drive from the ocean, so don't even get much rain from a hurricane. We don't have a big river to carry away the water. (Crazy place for a city, without much fresh water supply.)

Add to that, in the past 10 years we've been in a drought AND having explosive growth. We added a million and a half people, in a hilly area, so lots of Terra forming, cutting trees,...

Soup Lunch

I like to have soup and salad for lunch, but I don't know what to look for in a soup, to make the meal complete. So I've kept a spreadsheet, starting with the soups I eat on the Jenny Craig diet, with the "add ons" some of them require. Here's what I've figured out so far.

Serving size - should be 300-450 grams. I am astounded at how many cans/bowls of soups claim to be two servings when a sane person would think...

I've been keeping a spreadsheet of information on breakfast cereals, starting with ones from Jenny Craig, the diet program I've been on for over a year, which says what (if anything) to add to their cereals to make a breakfast. Here are my conclusions. How about pull out the cereal in your cabinet and see how it stacks up?

For example, the Facebook info page asks for your hometown. A high school classmate and I both said the place we grew up - in South Carolina, although she is now in Florida and I'm in Georgia.

Have you checked out digg.com? I know we don't need another thing to do online, but this wraps around what you're already doing.

When you "dig" a news article, you click "Digg it", and it is bookmarked on your Digg account, so you can come back and finish reading it, or refer to it later, if you want.

And you get a feed of what articles your friends "Dugg", so you can read them if you're interested. It's kinda like posting a...
