			<description><![CDATA[ Just wondered how everyone was doing with the walking.

I try to get out every day that the weather permits, unless I&#39;m not feeling well, for a half hour walk. I think it&#39;s helping with my pain a little; I
know I feel better with some activity than not doing anything at all. Once I get the pain under more control, I want to work on increasing my speed, and
working up to walking for 40-45 minutes at a time.

			<title><![CDATA[ Book on Tape? ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ Do y&#39;all want to listen to the same book while we walk?  Which one?  I don&#39;t know if we have a portable CD player... I&#39;ll look into it.  And
it&#39;d need to be something my library has, but they have an extensive collection.  I&#39;d think one you can listen to in a few hours, so if someone walks,
say, an hour a week, it wouldn&#39;t take forever.

			<description><![CDATA[ Several of us, myself included, have mentioned that they want to start walking more often. It&#39;s healthy; it&#39;s free; it&#39;s just a matter of deciding
you&#39;re going to do it.

What if we band together?  We can post where we walked, what we saw, who went with us - share the exhilaration, and encourage each other to keep going.   Set a
goal for yourself if you wish (20 minutes twice a week... one mile three times a week... whatever) or just walk when you can and share the... ]]></description>
