What if we band together? We can post where we walked, what we saw, who went with us - share the exhilaration, and encourage each other to keep going. Set a goal for yourself if you wish (20 minutes twice a week... one mile three times a week... whatever) or just walk when you can and share the experience with us. We might spend some of our walking time thinking/praying about others in the "club", or listening to a book on tape. Maybe we can come up with 2-3 books that some of us want to listen to together.
