A while ago I put in a post about my book: Waiting for Silverbird.
I just wanted to let you all know that Waiting for Silverbird is now available on Amazon.
This is the synopsis:
Danielle Hamilton wants nothing more than to be a Broadway dancer. At age 21 she moves to New York, accompanied by her sister Laura. But life in New York is nothing like Danielle imagined, and after countless auditions, she is still as unemployed as the day she arrived in the city. Then she meets Steve Savage. Steve is an ex-Broadway manager who disappeared off the scene after a car accident. He agrees to work with Danielle and to introduce her to the right people on Broadway. Danielle is thrilled that she finally is going to live her dream, but Laura suspects that he has a hidden agenda. And he does.
Besides being an ex-manager, Steve is also an ex-dancer and choreographer of a show called Silverbird. For Silverbird, he didnt just set his imagination freehe let it take a flying leap. The result was a show with such demanding routines, complicated combinations and nearly impossible to execute steps that the principal dancer needs not only an extraordinary dance talent, but also grace, speed, stamina and a supreme flexibility. Dancing this show was not just going to turn Steve into a star, it would have made him a legend. The accident with young Danielle, however, put an end to his ambition.
As Danielles star rises, Laura grows increasingly weary of the relationship between her sister and Steve. Is he preparing her for success or is he about to take revenge?
Please check it out, it's the perfect winter's read.
