Do you listen to any Harry Potter Podcasts or Wizard Rock? Did you know they were out there? If you do--when did you become a fan? How often do you
listen? What's your favorite song/episode?
I am a Pottercast fan myself. It's, of course, an extension of my favorite fan site: The Leaky Cauldron. The hosts are Melissa Anelli (webmistress of TLC), John Noe (who has a strange ability of channeling Trelawney and guessing things correctly...), and Sue Upton (fellow Hufflepuff!). I've loved watching Pottercast evolve over the past few years, and the trio are a lot of fun to listen to! They're also the only HP podcast to get an interview with JKRowling herself! They have a new episode every week (except those random weeks where they went on tour and did one every day...crazy peoples! I download the new episode each week and usually listen to it while I'm working in the box office, of course only when there's no work to be doing, or if I'm just labeling postcards. This has only been a recent development though since I've gotten an iPod. (P.S. mom, if I didn't tell you, Carrie gave me her old iPod.
) Pre-iPod days, I would just listen on my computer when it was working and I
had time...so there's been a lot I had to catch up on.
My favorite
episodes, of course, are 130 & 131, which include the interview with JKR.
So anyway...maybe I'm alone in this nerdiness...but how about you? Anyone else?
